The Box Office accepts VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, gift certificates and cash. Checks are accepted with proper identification up to 10 business days prior to a performance.

There are no refunds or exchanges on any ticket purchased for Erie Events' venues concerts, games or events. If a show or event is canceled or rescheduled, refunds are available at the original point of purchase.
