Designated spaces are available for vehicles displaying a current state-issued disability placard or license plate at the Erie Insurance Arena, UPMC Park, Bayfront Convention Center, and Rebich Investments Amphitheater. These accessible spaces are filled on a first come, first served basis, so please plan accordingly. Additionally, accessible parking is available at the Erie Parking Authority parking garages on 8th & French, 10th & French, and the Erie Insurance Parking garage at 8th & French.

Accessible Tickets

Accessible seating is available at all Erie Events' venues. Seating locations vary depending upon the event. When ordering accessible tickets, it is important to indicate what type of accessible seat you require, so that we can properly assist you.

Accessible Seating

Accessible seating is reserved for exclusive use by individuals with disabilities and their guests. The purchase or use of these seats by non-disabled individuals is strictly prohibited and can result in ejection and/or forfeiture of ticket price. The number and types of accessible seats vary by event and venue. All tickets for accessible seating are subject to availability and are on a first-come, first-served basis.

To request accessible seating, patrons can buy tickets online, in person at the Erie Insurance Box Office or by phone 814-452-4857.

Assisted Listening Devices

Telecommunication Device for the Deaf (TDD) headsets and receivers for our multi-channel LPB Radio-Aide are available at no charge. Either a driver's license or credit card will be required as a deposit. Advanced notice is requested so the show can be prepared.  We are capable of providing earphones or cochlear loop devices too.

Elevators are available at the Erie Insurance Arena & Warner Theatre. The Bayfront convention Center is a single-story event venue. The Rebich Investments Amphitheater is an outdoor open-air venue.

All public restrooms at our venues are accessible to our patrons with disabilities.

Service Animals

All service animals must remain on a leash or in a harness and be under control of the guest with a disability or designee. The service animal must rest in the seating area with the individual and not in the aisle.

Web Accessibility

Erie Events is committed to providing a website that is accessible to the widest possible audience, regardless of circumstance and ability. We aim to adhere as closely as possible to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.0, Level AA), published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). These guidelines explain how to make Web content more accessible for people with disabilities. Conformance with these guidelines will help make the web more user friendly to everyone.  While we strive to adhere to the guidelines and standards for accessibility, it is not always possible to do so in all areas of the website and we are currently working to achieve this. Be aware that due to the dynamic nature of the website, minor issues may occasionally occur as it is updated regularly. We are continually seeking out solutions that will bring all areas of the site up to the same level of overall web accessibility.

If you have any comments and or suggestions relating to improving the accessibility of our site, please don't hesitate to contact us. Your feedback will help us make improvements.

Wheelchair Transports

Wheelchair escorts for guests are available upon request. Wheelchair escorts may be requested at any entry point. Please be aware that our staff will not remain with you during the event, nor will they allow you to remain in the wheelchair for the duration of the event. Upon request, our staff will also provide you with an escort after the event. Personal assistance into or out of the wheelchair cannot be provided.
